The registration fee includes:
- access to all lectures
- access to the exhibition
- coffee breaks and lunches as mentioned in the programme
- the Opening Reception & Walking Dinner on Thursday 5 September
- the Farewell Reception on Saturday 7 September
Separate registration for the Congress Dinner on Friday 6 September is mandatory.
Participation into the Opening Reception & Walking Dinner and the Farewell Reception is free but pre-registration is mandatory.
How to Register
Please register via the above registration link. For groups as of 10 participants, you can download the group template. Please send the filled out template to Ariëlle Desmet (arielle@medicongress.com) before 15 August. No groups are accepted after this date.
Payment
Payment is to be made by credit card. Only VISA and MasterCard are accepted.
Changes
After having submitted your registration it will be possible to make the following changes via the link on the confirmation that you will receive:
- Changes of names, choice of dinners and address details
- Adding attendees to your registration
Cancellations
Cancellations received no later than 15 August, entitle registered persons to a 50% refund. In order to cancel your registration and/or hotel booking please contact Ariëlle Desmet: arielle@medicongress.com
Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to all payments/registrations made to Medicongress Services. By using the online payment facility on this website you implicitly accept these general terms and conditions.
By entering your credit card information:
You state that you are an authorized user of the credit card and that the associated information entered is accurate.
You authorize Medicongress Services to charge the booked amount to your credit card.
Declined/ Refused payments:
We cannot accept liability if the payment is refused or declined by the credit/ debit card supplier (due to the customer quoting incorrect card details or other reasons).
Refunds:
Only the cancellation policy mentioned in the programme is applicable. No refunds can be made after the deadline.
