Hotel Accommodation

A number of hotel rooms have been booked at special group rates, including breakfast and VAT.

Any requests for hotel accommodation must be accompanied by a credit card number, in order to secure the room. This credit card will not be charged by the organizers but only serves as a reservation guarantee.

Participants will have to pay their hotel room and personal expenses at the reception of the hotel. In case of late cancellation or no show, the room will be charged on the credit card.

	Single Room: € 189,00/night Double Room: € 209,00/night Breakfast is included in these rates. Please note that this is only to guarantee the booking and not for the payment. 	Room rates are based upon availability & date. We can offer you a 20% discount.	CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellation is possible up to one day in advance, before 3 p.m. Will there be cancellations within 24 hours or is there a no-show? Then the full stay will be charged.
